Spitbraai Sparky specializes in indoor and outdoor catering, specifically spitbraais.

We cater for corporate functions, sport events, weddings and private functions in the Western Cape Area.

We use only high quality Karoo lamb and the freshest ingredients to ensure the best results at all times.

We cater for a minimum of 40 people and have the ability to cater for functions for up to 2000 people.

We use stainless steel gas spitbraais to ensure that food is prepared hygienically with no mess and no fuss. Using this method the cooking time is reduced from 7-8 hours using the traditional method to approximately 2 hours.
